Baby Jogger City Mini GT2

B BabyMade Tom & Sophie Carter · reviewer · May 2026

Quick verdict: The Baby Jogger City Mini 2 is an excellent compact pushchair for city and suburban families. The one-hand fold is genuinely as good as people say, the canopy is brilliant, and the build quality justifies the price. Main caveats: you need to buy the carrycot separately for newborn use, and the basket is on the smaller side.

It’s one of Baby Jogger’s signature three-wheeler strollers, but these wheels aren’t just any wheels! These are all-terrain wheels with big suspension, which mean your little one will be comfy, no matter how bumpy the ground is.

The City Mini GT2 Double is a full sized, all terrain, double stroller. With Forever Air rubber tyres and all-wheel suspension, the City Mini GT2 Double is great for active parents. The City Mini GT2 Double does still fold down relatively compact for a full-sized double stroller.

The City Mini GT2 is in the middle and the most popular of the three strollers. It has all wheel suspension and better quality wheels, so it’ll handle the same suburban terrain as the Mini 2, but it’ll be a nicer ride. And it does have the adjustable handlebar and hand brake.

So, this is a really great, I think, jogging stroller. I've tried it on different terrains. It has a very smooth ride. Um, and it's great on obviously sidewalks, but super good on gravel as well as grass, sand, all of that. I've been very impressed.
