What we love: In testing, the Rio was incredibly easy to use out of the box. Simply fill the pot, lock the lid, hit the “pressure” button, and use up and down arrows to enter the cook time you need.

I bought the Rio Wide Plus in 2023. It's more expensive, but I think it's worth every penny.
