We were absolutely in love with the Instant Pot Duo Plus Multi-Use Pressure Cooker, which is modern but affordable, high-performing and precise but humble, and extremely versatile but not at all overwhelming. The Instant Pot Duo Multi-Use Pressure Cooker V5 is a budget-friendly pick that still can do almost as much as the fancier models, with full reliability and precision.

And recently, I've been doing a deep dive into this Instant Pot Mini, which I didn't think I would like, but actually, I'm finding it a lot of fun. I've tested the Instant Pot Duo Plus Whisper Quiet over 6 months, so I know it really well. But just be warned, I'm quite new to this Instant Pot Mini, but I have been cooking like mad with it. And just to say, I'm nothing to do with Instant Pot.

Number one, a clear control panel. When I look at it, I know exactly what to click and when to click it. It has presets that I use on a daily basis with things that I normally cook for meals, beans, rice, chicken, soups, the things that I want on a daily basis. I look for start, stop, this knob that clearly helps me navigate, so it's all very intuitive. I don't need anything else.
