The Fitbit Inspire 3 earns a Kit Score of 8.0 and our Best Value slot for everyday walkers. Google lists the tracker at 17.69 g with a battery rating of up to 10 days, and in a published Tom's Guide walk it counted 6,959 steps against a hand-tallied 7,000, closer than the pricier Charge 6. Two honest caveats: it has no onboard GPS, so route maps need your phone, and Google's deeper coaching features require Google Health Premium at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. If you want built-in GPS, step up to the Garmin Vivoactive 5; if you want to spend less, the Amazfit Band 7 is the budget floor.

So, the Fitbit Inspire 3 is a really cool Fitbit that comes with a little tiny screen. It's similar to a Fitbit Air, but it's supposed to be one that can still give you a display if you need to to go and kind of show you random things within its display.

After comparing seven devices across display quality, health metric depth, app ecosystem, battery life, and build durability, the Fitbit Inspire 3 earns the top spot for most users. The combination of reliable 24/7 heart rate monitoring, accurate sleep stage tracking, daily Stress Management Scoring, SpO2 measurement, 10-day battery life, and the 3-month Google Health Premium trial creates the most complete package in the best budget fitness tracker category without a significant sacrifice in any single critical area.

With long battery life, a color AMOLED touch screen, and all the basic activity and sleep features you need, the Fitbit Inspire 3 is one of the best fitness trackers you can get for less than $100. The tracker's simple interface and well-designed companion app make it easy to monitor key fitness and health metrics, including your steps, heart rate, calories burned, sleep, overnight SpO2, and more.

Fitbit’s newest tracker in the Inspire series, the Fitbit Inspire 3, is a great, affordable option! With health, wellness and fitness more important to many of us than ever before, activity trackers are becoming more popular than ever. So, how do you find the right one for your needs? If you’re looking for a tracker that helps you meet step goals, or maybe you are on a fitness path and need a way to monitor your progress, I’ll tell you what using the new Fitbit 3 is like, since I had a chance to use one for a few weeks to see what the experience is all about

The Inspire 3 works great for my needs, with nearly all the functions off. I've been using it for 10 months now, and I never take it off except to charge it for less than an hour. I only wanted it for steps, heart, and oxygen levels. I know it is not super accurate, and no one should expect an accurate device to be one when it's dangling on our skin, but I wanted it for the consistency.

Okay, so the Garmin Vivosmart 5 versus the Fitbit Inspire 3 been tripping people up forever, dude. Like, literally. Both are fitness bands under 200 bucks, but they actually solve very different problems. Both sides have real wins here, right? Fitbit Inspire 3 has a color AMOLED display that genuinely pops. Like, for the price, that screen is actually really good.

The Fitbit Inspire 3 may have debuted in 2022, but it's still one of my favorite fitness trackers and a near match for the newer Fitbit Air when it comes to fitness and holistic tracking chops. Smart features are limited, and it similarly lacks a GPS, but unlike the Air, the Inspire 3 boasts a small onboard display and can even mirror smartphone notifications.

There's also the Fitbit Inspire 3, which normally costs $99 but is often on sale at a discount. I bought it for $66. This is an incredibly profitable offer, a great option for those who want to save money

$66.45 is the kind of price that makes the Fitbit Inspire 3 easy to recommend for basic health and fitness tracking. You get the Fitbit ecosystem, long battery life, sleep data, heart rate tracking, and a small band that won’t dominate your wrist. If you want a tracker first and a smartwatch never, this is the deal to watch.

For its price, the Inspire 3 also packs thoughtful features, such as daily stress management scores, heart rate zone tracking, and one of the most gentle smart alarms I've used — a vibrating wrist alarm that wakes you up when it's most optimal for your sleep cycle.

I have an Inspire 3 and prefer it over the bigger Fitbit watches and my Apple Watches. I love it. You barely know it’s there. I have several bands to jazz it up or everyday wear.

Your Inspire 3 is a powerful health companion, automatically tracking your daily steps, distance covered, and calories burned. It continuously monitors your heart rate, providing valuable insights into your cardiovascular health 24 hours a day. At night, it records your sleep stages, light, deep, and REM, and gives you a personalized sleep score to help improve your rest.

Now, with something like the Fitbit, you know, Inspire 3, this thing is going to be able to give you a little tiny display on the front side, which is actually very nice. Being able to go through and get that tiny display that gives you the time, your steps, and, you know, some other, you know, insights into your health, it's actually really nice.

When I turned on always on mode, that drops noticeably, more like four to 5 days, depending on how much you use it. Features and tech. Okay, let's look at what makes the Inspire 3 stand out and why those features matter. AMOLED color display and always option. The color screen is a big upgrade from previous Inspires. It means you can actually see your stats without squinting.
