I would suggest that if you're considering a G3 or G5 that you go with the G3 unless the price difference is something you cannot turn down. TBH I actually picked up a new G3 750w unit for a build when I could have spent less on a G5 850w simply because I don't want the potential headache that one of these FSP units is likely to give me. Are G5 terrible units? No, but they are not as good as you may think, do your research and make the best choice for you.
