I would go with E330 but that 30% battery life sounds tempting. On the other hand I am planning to buy a cameras and Home Base 3. Will this mean that battery life will be much closer since I will playback from home base? There is still build in chime but I hope it doesn't drain it as much.

Honestly, one of the biggest and easiest smart home updates I've done so far. As you can see here, it comes in three different pieces, and really this is no different from installing any other deadbolt. From removing the old lock to getting this one installed, the entire process took about 30 minutes. So, definitely a very quick and easy process.
