Right out of the box, this machine feels sturdy. It's got a real solid metal frame, which is a big plus for me. I hate that flimsy plastic feeling you get with some machines. This thing feels like it can handle some serious projects. And speaking of projects, the work space is amazing. That wider needle to arm space is a game changer, especially for bigger quilts or bulky fabrics.

The collapsible extension table that's supposed to come with this machine was not in the box when we received it for our most recent round of testing, which is disappointing. When we originally tested this machine a year ago, we received the extension table and found it a great tool for manipulating and controlling fabric in larger projects.
