Yes. The heated seat, warm water and air dryer on the Bio Bidet BB-2000 all need mains power, so you need a grounded GFCI outlet within reach of the toilet. Water comes from a T-valve on the cold supply and needs no plumber.
Wipe the seat with a soft cloth and mild soap and keep bleach and abrasive cleaners away from the plastic. Use the nozzle cleaning function and wipe the wand weekly. Descale the nozzle every few months in hard-water areas, and wipe the air dryer vent so it stays clear.
