My top cart bag pick at the moment is the IPX Tour Cart Bag from Big Max. It has been manufactured with a new IPX material which makes this bag one of the best waterproof golf bags anywhere on the market. In my testing it performed outstandingly well and coupled with the waterproof zippers, you really do have a bag that water simply won't penetrate. Admittedly the one small issue with the IPX fabric is that is makes the pockets quite firm and tight. There's very little give, even when the zips are fully open, to reach into the lower parts of a full pocket. There are eight pockets in total which does result in a large storage volume here whilst for me the best pocket is the cooler pocket, which can easily fit two large bottles in it.
