Both of these are super comfortable and light. Neither have a speaker and uh but both do have a uh mic. Both of these come with a proprietary magnetic clip. They both look very similar to this with the two prongs. No wireless uh charging here. Just goes in there and it does hold in there pretty tightly. So, uh no issues with that. It's just that I wish they didn't have the proprietary charger.Watch T
It’s AMOLED uh display which is really great at this price range.Watch T

The Amazfit Band 7 is the cheapest sensible way into fitness tracking, not the most capable; if you need real route data and serious training tools, that is the Garmin's job.Read G

The strap design is similar to Mi Band 7 which I don’t like, and I always criticize this design. It can easily detach if hit some object. Although quite rare, but some people reported they lost their band because of this. I am 5'7" (170cm) tall and weight 147 lbs (67kg) and this is how it looks when I use it. It looks just right, not too big nor small.Watch V
While we love the sleep tracking feature, the display brightness can’t be changed and was a bit disruptive at night.Read T

And overall, I would say that this was fairly accurate. Now, you know, initial impressions of it and from what I've gotten from this product or from this piece of technology is that you really have to wear it consistently for it to read accurately.
