Is It Worth Upgrading? Absolutely. The woven version is simply a better, more comfortable shoe without losing any of the magic that made the original such a killer value.

Clearly water resistant and very supportive upper, far more supportive if/and warmer than SL EVO. True to size performance type fit, a bit long.

Priced competitively, the Evo SL offers excellent value, bringing premium racing foam technology to a more accessible daily trainer, though its long-term durability, especially of the midsole, might be a concern for some.

Runners appreciate this shoe for it’s seamless motion cushioning as well as it’s durability but some may prefer more firmer feel models if they prioritise stability.
