A 1Zpresso JX-Pro grinds 18g of espresso-fine coffee in around 30 seconds. A Timemore Chestnut C3 grinds 25g of V60-medium in around 35 seconds. A Porlex Mini, with its smaller 26mm burrs, takes closer to 90 seconds for the same dose. Espresso grinds are slower than filter grinds on every hand grinder.
