Line the whitening strip along the gum line. So you don't want it on the gums, but just below adhering sticky side to dry teeth. And apply gentle pressure to secure the strip. Remove after 30 minutes.

Personally, I feel like they do work, which means this product gets.

And it's great because this is certified to be enamel safe. They have a bunch of flavors, but this one specifically is mint. And it's a total of 14 treatments.
