So, that's what I like about the Crest ones is they just work really good. So, kind of dry my teeth off. So, you put them on. You pull them over. And I probably should have made sure my teeth were a little bit drier cuz it's wanting to come off. Leave them on for 30 minutes. Do this for 10 days, and you'll have whiter teeth.Watch
