We put it to the test and found the acceleration was quick and had no problem climbing up a steep parking lot incline. Now, for the range, Segway advertises up to 43 miles. This is a theoretical range of a 165 lb rider going 10 miles an hour on a fairly flat surface. So, your real-life range will vary, but the app does give you an estimated range left based on your current ride mode.

Now, one thing I really like about this scooter is the cruise control. I've got it enabled so that if I hold down the turn indicator for 3 seconds or more, it will engage cruise control, which allows me to take my thumb off the throttle and just cruise at whatever speed the scooter was going. Uh once you hit that 3se secondond mark with the turn indicator.

Honestly, this is where the scooter shines. The biggest upgrade over previous models is the dual suspension setup. There's a hydraulic front suspension and a rear spring suspension, and the difference is immediately noticeable. Small cracks, rough asphalt, and uneven sidewalks that would normally make your knees complain are much easier to handle.

Overall, it's a beautiful and high quality electric scooter, extremely pleasant to ride. However, it does have some drawbacks in my opinion. The turn signals flash in red, which is a negative point. Also, the power is somewhat lacking. I think in this price range, it doesn't make it the best option.
