Inside the Meet 2 is a 1/2-inch CMOS sensor and &fnof;/1.8 large aperture — perhaps not the most powerful in the industry, but capable of delivering great visuals nevertheless. The camera did a very nice job picking up my face, lit with my monitor and some ambient light down in my office.

EDIT: ty for feedback, i chose OBSBOT Meet 2 because it hit the sweet spot in terms of performance and most important the price. my manager literally just pulled me aside to ask if i was falling asleep on our client call but my face was just glitching into a shadowy mess on screen.

The OBSBOT Meet 2 is one of the best midrange webcams on the market. It’s basically the Tiny 2 Lite without the gimbal. It records 4K footage in both the portrait and landscape orientation. It has a minimalist tiny design and it has a magnetic privacy cover.

After all the research that I've done, I've heard this is the best one that you can get for streaming and just basically the best quality in the price range that I got it. It retails for 130 bucks on Amazon. First thing looking into the package, we get, you know, the instruction booklet that comes out. Oh, wow. Okay, that is really small. I did not think it was going to be that small.

- Magnetic stand Things I don't like: The camera gets incredibly hot, even when it's not in use (idle). The lens ring is so hot that it's impossible to keep finger on it. My estimation it's like 50-70 celsius hot. Be careful when it's connected to your laptop it drains battery. Answer from support: Because AI chip will perform algorithm when the camera is on, so the device will heat up.
