I have owned it for about a year now, great appliance. Make sure you get the 1000 watt model. Makes excellent hummus, powerful and barely gets warm. Simple 3 piece assembly. Super sharp spiral blades make fast work, be careful you dont accidently puree things unless you want to. The dough blade and power make quick work of soft doughs. Suction cup feet stick the unit well to our stone counters. We bought the additional grating discs and storage case, very handy to store the discs.Read thread Q
