I didn’t think this thing could replace an ARB or Viair for off-road use but I used it a few times and it’s fantastic. I have 34” tires and using an M18 Forge 8.0 battery filling the tires back up from 15 to 35psi was quick and only knocked off one bar. Honestly I think if you bring two M18 Forge batteries you could air up at four tires at least 8-10 times. Certainly enough for a trip.

I have an M18 inflator which I leave in my truck. It's perfect for walking around my truck or trailer and topping off air when needed as well as making quick and easy pressure adjustments to airbag hitches and helper springs. The battery lasts seemingly forever and with a LockNFlate air chuck, I can set the pressure and quickly attach and detach the air chuck. Exactly what I wanted.

The M18 battery is actually 18 volts, and the 12.0 on the side of that battery represents 12 Amp hours. That means it is capable of running something that pulls 12 amps for an hour. Excellent video, and yes as many people have said in the comments, this thing is a beast!

This Milwaukee air compressor is a handy little tool to have and it's super easy and portable. So, relatively lightweight um and very simple to use. There's a power button to turn on. Once that screen comes on, you can adjust what your PSI is.

So, this thing is super easy to use. So, I'm on my wife's PT Cruiser. You can tell the tire's a little low poochie. So, all you do is turn it on. I have memories set. So, right now, memory one is 38, which is the pounds I put in my Jetta. This car suggests 35. So, you just hit the plus or minus to set your target. Then, you screw the hose into the tire. Left-handed while filming is challenged.

I have this compressor and you don't need to empty the air tank to change the pressure setting. All you need to do is reduce the pressure at the outlet. This can be done with a blowgun or a tool that requires a steady stream of air to work like an impact or air ratchet. Just trigger the tool.

I had Milwakee one and that thing is huge and unnecessary. I don't see an application for it to be used daily. Unless your main job is to inflate tires that don't have access to an outlet all day. Tip: all these tools can be used with any 18v - 20v battery brands with the help of an adapter.

But it's not ideal. The 2848-20 is a relatively large and heavy unit that's too big to carry around in your daily driver. The valve attachment is screw-on, which is fine for everyday inflating, but a (literal) pain for cold fingers to manipulate in extreme weather.

People are saying this thing isn't accurate. I truly dont think it matters. This isn't a tool for a shop. It's made to inflate your tires. If you need high accuracy to inflate tires, then obviously, you find anything to complain about.

This inflator wasn't designed for this any kind of offroad/hardcore use. I have used mine on 2 sets of 33s from 20-35 PSI, after airing both vehicles it still had 1 bar left.
