good value upgrade from the previous inflator from a leading brand which worked okay but had several design flaws that led to its demise. First, the broad flat base keeps this on the floor and prevents it from walking while inflating tires. Second, yes, the cords are short and the way I will commonly use it in my garage or driveway means I need to always keep an extension cord handy, but I will.
