The accompanying app is excellent and gives you loads of information about your air quality. You can track PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 particles, check filter life, set schedules and adjust fan speeds or modes, including night and eco. I also liked that the app explains what the different particle sizes mean, giving you a better insight into what causes poor air quality.

It's very easy to take off. You got this massive fan here. And here is the HEPA filter. So, this guy has a nice pre filter on the outside, which that will block out dust and hair.

It is loud at top speed, hitting 62 dB. This is louder than larger, more modern models like the Coway Omega Pro X. When running at speed one, it has an annoying worring sound that might bother you if you're sensitive to noise. Its air cleaning performance at quiet fan speeds lags behind more modern air purifiers.

So yes, 635 square ft in 12 minutes checks out, but don't expect full house purification at allergy grade turnover. That's not misleading. It's marketing shortorthhand. Claim ultra quiet 26dB reality sleep mode is whisper level in a bedroom. My meter read roughly 2830 dBA at 3 ft in sleep, 3841 dBA on low, 4852 dBA on high, and 5560dba on turbo. Translation: Perfectly fine for sleep on low sleep.

On the downside, this filter is designed exclusively for Levoit Core 600S and Core 600S P models, so it won't be suitable if you have other air purifier brands or models. Also, since it is a single-pack offering, users who want to stock up might need to purchase multiple packs.

The regular/Core 600S (not plasma pro) is a beast, and you can run it on low in a bedroom and still get a good CADR.
