Heavyweight with short battery life and several other downsides per Smart Air Filters, and deep clearance pricing is the tell that nobody should buy it over a QuietComfort Ultra or XM6; the Museum of Failure literally exhibits it.

The dyson Zone is AMAZING! I film in fence smoke filled environments and these week protect my lungs from unwanted smoke inhalation. The sound from the headphones is PHENOMENAL! The audio in this reel shows how well they pick up sound and cancel out background noise. They sound similar to a 10 bit float microphone. Excited to test these at work tomorrow and come back with a full review.View post H
For music, podcasts, or even phone calls, the audio experience is solid. No complaints here. But the real selling point of the Dyson Zone Gen 2 is of course the air purification. We're going to put that to the test in a realworld environment, a busy city. We'll be checking if it effectively filters out pollutants.Watch A
I absolutely love my Dyson Zone headphones. Being asthmatic I now wouldn’t leave home without it. I know there’s a noticeable difference in my breathing when I wear these headphones. I haven’t had problems with mine and I’ve had them for over a year. I don’t care how ridiculous they look. The only criticism I have is the short battery life. Up to four hours!Watch T
Honestly, yes, but only if you get it at the right price.Watch G
I saw dank pods video about the dyson zone and he likes them too. His videos are interesting and entertaining. You are the first person that compares the dyson zone to a football mask. The dyson zone always reminds me of banes mask from the dark knight movie with the bane memes 😂 lol.Watch I Instagram Instagram post

Through a common Fit Test, where pollution outside is compared to what’s breathed inside the mask, we found that Dyson Zone Headphones, equipped with HEPA filters, effectively filter out 99.4% and 99.8% of PM2.5 particles, which is very good. But, having said that, that’s just as good as an N95 mask that is fitted well.Read E
And yet, despite its looks, God, I still want one. Dyson said it engineered the headset to fit comfortably and distribute weight evenly by drawing inspiration from horse saddles. There are three cushions on the headband, and the central one is slightly curved like a saddle to distribute the load through contact areas.Watch S
The notable downside is the weight of this wearable air purifier—it’s around 650g. That’s pretty heavy to be having on your head if you’re running around. While advanced filtration is beneficial for activities like running, it might fall off and hurt your neck.Read A
Now for the part nobody mentions, which is the sheer bulk of the Visor. It is noticeably heavier than standard headphones and might feel cumbersome if you have a very small head.Watch W

On the plus side, clean air, premium sound, and cutting edge technology. But on the downside, weight, battery drain, and a very premium price. The Dyson Zone isn't for everyone, but for people living in polluted cities who value innovation, it's one of the most unique wearable tech products ever made.Watch W

Now before you run out and purchase one, here's a word of caution from wired You can finally buy the Sizar head mounted contraption, but for pity sake, don't. Now why do we bring up the Dyson? Well, because it illustrates what can happen with any product when designers and developers don't ask stakeholders the right questions or fail to keep asking them.Read P
But nothing we've reviewed quite matches the uniqueness of the Dyson Zone headphones. In a lot of the reviews we've seen, the audio quality is actually kind of an afterthought. So we're going to take a listen and let you know how it goes. I just want to blast these to the highest level real quick. Here we go. It's your funeral. Yeah, oh my god. You can't hear them.
