It's more supportive and offers more pressure relief for most people, so it's a better option for many back/stomach and side sleepers. It also offers slightly better cooling. That said, the higher-end Luxe is also a good option for side sleep and uses more good-quality foam, making it more durable. It also offers better motion isolation.
