I am absolutely in love with them. So far, my experience has been they taste great, easy way to get creatine. There's one thing big question that I have is like, is there actually creatine? Because there's been a lot of issues online about people saying creatine gummies don't actually have the amount of creatine that they advertise in there. So, today I'm going to share my thoughts, overall experience, and the research they've kind of talked about. While Gwen’s not the biggest fan of sour cherry, she recognized that some people might enjoy it, and she could see herself enjoying some of the other flavors.Read H HowToLiterally HowToLiterally · 3.9K subscribers · Oct 2025
The pros are effectiveness equal to powdered creatin. Excellent convenience, great taste, and no hassle. The cons are the higher price per serving, the added sugar compared to plain powder, and the fact that you can get the same benefits much cheaper with traditional creatin.Watch G
