For those with more severe allergy or asthma concerns, the AirFanta 3Pro is a standout. It features a 5-stage filtration system, including a UV light to disinfect the air. It's designed for medium to large rooms and can capture fine particles, allergens, and bacteria. Its quiet operation and sleek design make it ideal for continuous use in the home or office.

The reviewer noted that its actual airflow is much weaker than the genuine AirFanta. However, the seller dishonestly labeled it with a higher CFM value—440 CFM, compared to our standard 413 CFM. Furthermore, I recognize the power adapter they use—it’s one of the lowest-quality types available in the Chinese market, with no safety certifications whatsoever.

The design of the AirFanta 3Pro is inspired by the Corsi-Rosenthal box (above): a cube with a filter on each side, fans on top and a base at the bottom. But here’s the main difference: the 3Pro uses four PC cooling fans instead of a regular box fan.

What impresses me the most is how incredibly well the AirFanta 3Pro compares to the shop-bought HEPA air purifiers I have tested. At its top speed, it is faster and quieter than most of the devices we have reviewed here at HouseFresh.

If you like the idea of a PC fan-powered device but are not comfortable building one, consider the AirFanta 3Pro, as the assembly process takes just a few minutes and doesn’t require any cable management.

If that is you, then you’ll get the most bang for your buck with the AirFanta 3Pro and more power with the Nukit Tempest Euro . Both of these are small devices and use quiet, energy-efficient PC fans.

I think overall it's a great product. Size and form factor is great, and how it packs down with no wasted space is terrific. The design in that sense is great. So many others have proprietary parts and shapes that command much more space vs their CADR. This is where the 3Pro gets 10/10. Usability without smart features is great, you just turn it on and go. Leave it on humming away in the corner.
