Uh and she says it's fantastic. It really adds to the intensity of her workout. It adds that resistance. Um and she really really finds this vest very comfortable. So I've tried weighted vests in the past and um I found them very uncomfortable to wear. the the weight hasn't been evenly balanced, but I put this one on and it really is fantastic.

And then the quality of their vests is amazing. The snaps are really well made. Look at this. Nice heavy duty clasps right there. And then these have little openings right here. So, if you wanted to clip anything onto them, you could do that as well. All the ones on the back are not like that.

I absolutely love this and added to my routine about 6 months ago. I love how simple this design is. It really just has the simple one clip and goes over your shoulders just like a normal vest. Um what I also love about this is that it's really nice and cut out for your shoulders and your back. There's no chafing um anywhere, even if you're wearing just a tank top.
