Power is the name of the game in this segment, and the EZONE delivers. Certainly boasting less power than the Pure Drive, but the thick, stiff beam ensure high levels of power throughout the string, making this one of the only 300g racquet I am comfortable playing stock.

The rackets are just very well-rounded and versatile, especially the Ezone 100. Big head, with a large sweet spot, loads of power, under a really good layer of control. I kind of just forgot about the 100, but I used it a lot more last year and it was a really, really good racket. Definitely different to the 98. The Ezone 100 is a true power racket and has less of that unique Ezone feel to it, but I actually think the Ezone 100 is pretty much the only power oriented 100 that can hold a candle to the Pure Drive.

So, overall, like I said, good racket, good feel, good compatibility with any player out there. This racket definitely offers, if you're, you know, hardcore or if you are a really, really aggressive player, this is good for you. If you're not a progressive player, this is also good as well. Felt super solid, very powerful, but I never felt like I lacked control. I did have to adjust my swing a little bit to with a little more spin, but I felt when I did that, the racket actually responded great. The more spin I hit with, the better ball I hit. While the EZONE 100 and the Boom MP are very similar frames, uh they do differ a little bit.
