The Cordless Advanced is the most comfortable cordless flosser I have tested. I do prefer the smaller and more nimble handles of a countertop flosser, such as the Aquarius, but the shape and the large area of raised dots on the back of the Cordless Advanced make it lovely to hold. I felt in control, even when I wanted to rotate the nozzle.

I do have two minor complaints. The first is that this Waterpik doesn’t come with a tongue-cleaner tip like others on this list, and the water tank is only 210ml so it needs refilling every 45 seconds or so. If you think this is going to get on your nerves, it might be worth looking at the Waterpik Ultra Professional Water Flosser which has a much bigger water tank, separate to the flosser.

Given this, you may wonder why I've recommended the Ordo Hydro Sonic as the best choice rather than the Cordless Advanced. The main reason is price. The Ordo is half the price of the Cordless Advanced and does just as good a job. Yes, it has a slightly better user experience, but for such a difference in price it deserves top spot.

The main downside to the Waterpik Cordless Advanced 2.0 is that the reservoir is difficult to remove, requiring some force to pop it off for cleaning. Since the rest of the flosser seems geared toward ergonomics and ease of use, this feature was disappointing. This flosser also didn’t have as strong of a stream as others we tested.
