AXP-90 full copper is king of low profile coolers. I personally run it with the fan it came with and it keeps my CPU very cool, and is whisper quiet. The only sound I ever hear out of my fractal terra is the GPU fans when I’m playing a demanding game.

The AXP90-X47 tops out at 135-145W depending on the version you choose. The 265K has base TDP of 125W, max 250W - so you're would have to sacrifice boost performance or undervolt to keep temperatures down. Going with the B860 chipset will limit that somewhat but you're handicapping the CPU by going this route.

I have X47 and X53 in aluminum and copper versions. I will test each of them and see how they perform against each other. Logically, the copper version should win, but we will see. For your information, X47 is 47mm in height and X53 is 53mm in height, fan included in both cases. The copper version is significantly heavier.
