The microphone quality here is phenomenal, and while I wouldn’t say it’s exactly like my natural voice, it’s the closest I have ever gotten to it from a medium or high-end headset. It was the first time in quite a long while that someone on my Call of Duty squad asked what headset I was using. That’s gotta say something, at least I think so.

The audio quality was phenomenal, very clear. But, one of the highlights for me is the active noise cancellation. So, this essentially eliminates 88% of background noise. So, with ANC on, it blocks noises that you hear from outside your ear cups. And you can also adjust this with a transparency mode.

I love the branding on here. First look at these. Oh, they are pretty. Love that. I'm keen to see how these are for someone wearing headphones. Headphones, glasses. You know what I meant. I'm in the noise canceling on these already. It's Hopefully I'm not talking too loudly, but it's comfortable with my glasses already.

I only had good things to say about the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro back in 2022 with its Gamedac external sound card. I was expecting much the same thing with the Arctis Nova Pro Omni, but what I got was much better.

It's a retractable boom mic >> and it is actually the one of the major upgrades of this headset. It's the ClearCast Pro microphone, which we'll get into in a bit. This does have active noise cancellation and transparency. >> So with the Omni, you get the headset in the box here. Uh you get a cloth storage pouch, uh the GameDAC, of course. Uh you get two USB cables.

If you got cloth ear pads, that noise cancellation isn't really going to shine. But I really feel like a lot of us are educated these days, especially if you watch some of my videos on Game Rant. That's right. But again, I I think we all understand, if we got cloth ear pads, okay, the noise cancellation isn't going to be as good, the sound's going to bleed a little bit, you got to go with this.
