The Arctis Nova 7 Wireless Gen 2 headset is fine. It performs well, is pleasant to wear, and will give you days’ worth of battery life on a single full charge. The SteelSeries Arctis Companion App and Sonar also play their part as always in bringing the most out of the group’s hardware. However, this is one of the first times I have to offer a SteelSeries review with a caveat.

The default sound is disappointing, but pretty much everything else about this gaming headset is excellent. It’s super comfortable, it works everywhere, it has very good battery life, and it’s easy to use. The addition of fast charging softens the already light blow of poorer battery life than its predecessor.
