The Philips lacks a rotating tip head (though you’ll see this on the product page, we didn’t find it to be true in testing), which may make it harder to get into the nooks and crannies of your mouth. Otherwise, it’s simple to use. There are 10 pressure settings and two cleaning modes, just like the Waterpik Aquarius, as well as a 30-second timer on the “clean” mode.
