First things first, this is easily one of the most premium smart rings in the market. The Aura Ring 4 now has a full titanium build. Just look at this thing. Even the inner lining, which makes it feel more premium than many rivals in the market that use, you know, those resins on the inside. And it's so lightweight. It's clean. It's minimal.

The sleep tracking is great, but I'd walk away from Oura 4. The sticker price and the membership are expensive for the very likely outcome that you'll downgrade to a Gen 3 because the Gen 4 has a known manufacturer defect.
