I named the LUXOME weighted blanket as the best cooling weighted blanket. This is because there are two models of this blanket: one with an integrated cover and one with a removable cover. Regardless of which model you choose, both contain breathable and moisture-wicking bamboo lyocell fabric. This keeps you from overheating and helps you feel cozy and calm.

Weighted blankets can provide extra warmth, but if you want to sleep cool with one, the LUXOME Cooling blanket is for you. It has breathable, moisture-wicking bamboo so say good bye to night sweats.

There are no weight options between 18-30 lbs, which is what is recommended for some average and heavyweight adults. As a general rule of thumb, I recommend customers find a blanket that is 10% of their body weight.

This blanket is only available in one weight and size, which may limit its appeal for some shoppers. At 20 pounds, it may also be too heavy for sleepers weighing around 150 pounds or less. And while the removable cover contains cotton, the insert is made primarily from synthetic materials, including polyester.
