The Free platform's magnetic one-hand mechanism adds cost and bulk without adding capability: the Skeletool CX gives you one-hand opening, pliers and a bit driver in a lighter package for much less money, and the Wave+ gives a fuller tool set for less as well. You are buying the mechanism, not the usefulness.
