Compared to the other two pre-workouts from Kaged, Pre-Kaged Sport is a less intense, lower-cost pre-workout that works well for cardio, sports, smaller guys and gals, or lower-stimulant users. Of these two new flavors, the WATERMELON flavor is simply amazing!
