I've had the chance to test it out for a few weeks now, and I can say that this carrier is very comfortable for both short and extended use. Adjusting the straps is pretty straightforward thanks to the one-handed slider. Switching baby from facing in to facing out can be done on the fly. No fuss, no drama.

On the flip side, while the multiple carrying positions are a great feature, the outward-facing position felt a bit too tight for my baby as they're on the larger side for their age. So, if your baby is a bit bigger, you might find some positions a little snug as they grow. As for pros and cons, the biggest strength of the Ergobaby Omnic Classic is its versatility.

However, for extended wear, I did find that the front outward-facing position became a little uncomfortable after a while, especially when baby started to get heavy. While the padding is great, the carrier's overall structure could benefit from a bit more adjustability in that position. But for newborns and lighter babies, it's really comfy. Pros, let's talk about those first.
