COMFIER Knee Heating Pad
The only credible knee-specific wrap on current boards: it solves a real problem no flat pad solves, and strapping in place reduces the cord-pull and controller stress that fail free-floating pads. It is a niche device with the thinnest evidence base among the picks, so it finishes tenth.
