When I time myself setting it up, it took me just 8 seconds. To pack away the chair, lift it up, grab opposite corners again, and pull everything together. If you're not strong like me, you'll want to lay it flat on the ground to do so. It's much easier to get the feet into the bag this way. When the chair frame is back in, stand it up and fold the rest in.
