The Black & Decker BPP08WTB is the winner in the small portable AC unit category. It took 40 minutes to cool the room from 90 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 66 minutes to reach 72 degrees Fahrenheit. It also maintained the temperature between 65 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit for 51.66% of the time.
