Car campers and heavier users who want a chair that will not flex and that supports the lower back for long evenings. Reviewers praise its lumbar support, overall quality and 800 lb capacity, and it sits in A tier on our board. If you need to carry the chair any distance, buy the Helinox Chair One instead, which is the board's S tier pick at 1.5 lb. ### How much weight can the Yeti Trailhead Camp Chair hold? It has a heavy-duty frame rated to 800 lb, the highest capacity recorded on our board. That puts it well ahead of packable chairs and level with or above oversized chairs like the ALPS Mountaineering King Kong, which reviewers note for massive capacity without a stated figure. ### How long does the Yeti Trailhead Camp Chair last? Reviewers recorded no failures and consistently praised the warranty and customer support, which is a good sign for long ownership. The heavy-duty frame is built for repeated use rather than low weight. No con was recorded in any of the research runs. ### Is the Yeti Trailhead Camp Chair good for back support? Yes. Excellent lumbar support is the first thing reviewers mention, and the strong endorsement for that support in a popular YouTube review is what secured its position on our board. It is the chair to pick on our board if sitting for hours is the priority. ### How do you clean the Yeti Trailhead Camp Chair? Wipe the fabric with mild soap and water, rinse, and let it dry fully before folding. Rinse the frame after exposure to salt or sand. Store it dry and out of direct sun to protect the fabric. ## What this tier means - A: Excellent. Strongly recommended, beaten only by the very best. ## How to read this - Each category is researched in four independent runs, one per lens (expert consensus, value, reliability, community pulse). Every run ranks a board of candidates that deliberately includes products buyers cross-shop but should avoid. Placements score on a ranked ladder (LP), and tiers are derived from LP, so no tier is ever assigned by hand. - LP is this product's points on its own category ladder. It is comparable within a category and not across categories. - Link status reports what our pre-publication link check found when it fetched the cited URL. It says nothing about the quality of the review. - A citation with no usable link is listed rather than dropped, and is excluded from the counted total above. ## Image https://stspimgdevmfyk46r5vwkay.blob.core.windows.net/images/products/yeti-trailhead-camp-chair.webp Product photographs are not covered: they belong to their respective owners and are reproduced to illustrate the product being reviewed.
