## Verdict

MSN's tested guide names it the best overall wet-dry vacuum from a 24-unit test field, and Euromonitor has crowned Tineco the world's top wet/dry floorcare brand four years running - the best proxy for parts and support longevity in this class. The best floor washer current testers have found.

## For

- Lie-flat design
- Dirt detection technology
- Named best overall wet-dry vacuum in a 24-unit tested field
- Tineco is Euromonitor's top wet/dry floorcare brand four years running, aiding parts and accessory availability
- Best absolute performer in the category

## Against

- Costs a clear premium over the mid-line Roborock for the last ten percent of the experience
- Contains pump, sensors and proprietary battery that add failure points
- Flagship cost is only justified for buyers who use the lie-flat reach daily
- battery and firmware risk inherent to the type
- Priced like a flagship

## Flagged as one to avoid

This product entered 1 of 14 runs as one buyers cross-shop but should not buy, rather than as a pick. It is published here rather than dropped.

## What this tier means

- A: Excellent. Strongly recommended, beaten only by the very best.

## How to read this

- Each category is researched in four independent runs, one per lens (expert consensus, value, reliability, community pulse). Every run ranks a board of candidates that deliberately includes products buyers cross-shop but should avoid. Placements score on a ranked ladder (LP), and tiers are derived from LP, so no tier is ever assigned by hand.
- LP is this product's points on its own category ladder. It is comparable within a category and not across categories.
- Link status reports what our pre-publication link check found when it fetched the cited URL. It says nothing about the quality of the review.
- A citation with no usable link is listed rather than dropped, and is excluded from the counted total above.
