## Verdict

The consensus lens still places it near the top on raw performance, which is why it ranks here despite being a trap. What is wrong is the value: the Pro IV beats it in the expert rankings and the V-SOL Pro matches much of it for far less.

## For

- Listed directly behind the Pro IV in the testing lab's expert picks
- More rigidity and raw drive speed than its closest value rival
- More structural rigidity and raw drive speed than the V-Sol Pro
- Placed immediately behind the Pro IV in PaddleTestLab’s 2026 guide
- Described as having truck-like hit power and strong structural rigidity

## Against

- Costs a premium over the Pro IV that the same outlets rank higher
- Swings heavier than the Vatic V-SOL Pro, which delivers much of the same performance for far less
- Seriously overpriced, even according to players who like it
- Costs far more than the V-Sol Pro while swinging heavier
- Joola's support reputation is more mixed than Selkirk's or Paddletek's

## Flagged as one to avoid

This product entered 4 of 15 runs as one buyers cross-shop but should not buy, rather than as a pick. It is published here rather than dropped.

## What this tier means

- A: Excellent. Strongly recommended, beaten only by the very best.

## How to read this

- Each category is researched in four independent runs, one per lens (expert consensus, value, reliability, community pulse). Every run ranks a board of candidates that deliberately includes products buyers cross-shop but should avoid. Placements score on a ranked ladder (LP), and tiers are derived from LP, so no tier is ever assigned by hand.
- LP is this product's points on its own category ladder. It is comparable within a category and not across categories.
- Link status reports what our pre-publication link check found when it fetched the cited URL. It says nothing about the quality of the review.
- A citation with no usable link is listed rather than dropped, and is excluded from the counted total above.
