## Verdict

Timeless steel-and-wood construction from the brand with the best long-term support reputation in the category, and current top placement from two 2026 rankings. The case you buy once and keep.

## For

- Steel-and-wood construction that ages well without relying on glass panels or RGB controllers
- Named Best-Looking PC Case and top aesthetic recommendation in Tom's Hardware's current guide
- Deliberately timeless design suited to a decade of ownership
- Brand with one of the strongest long-term support reputations in the category
- Distinctive wood front panel design

## Against

- You pay a style premium for the wood front
- More ordinary airflow and features than its price suggests
- Thermal performance is merely good rather than great
- Carries a modest look-tax

## Flagged as one to avoid

This product entered 1 of 9 runs as one buyers cross-shop but should not buy, rather than as a pick. It is published here rather than dropped.

## What this tier means

- B: Good. A solid choice with real caveats worth knowing.

## How to read this

- Each category is researched in four independent runs, one per lens (expert consensus, value, reliability, community pulse). Every run ranks a board of candidates that deliberately includes products buyers cross-shop but should avoid. Placements score on a ranked ladder (LP), and tiers are derived from LP, so no tier is ever assigned by hand.
- LP is this product's points on its own category ladder. It is comparable within a category and not across categories.
- Link status reports what our pre-publication link check found when it fetched the cited URL. It says nothing about the quality of the review.
- A citation with no usable link is listed rather than dropped, and is excluded from the counted total above.
