## Verdict

The same basic Cuisinart canister platform as the ICE-21P1 with a two-quart bowl and more speed settings, and a good current test record. It sits just below the ICE-21P1 only because of slightly more electronics and a slightly shorter track record, but it is a proven, well-supported machine.
