## Frequently asked questions

### Who is the Coop Eden Adjustable Pillow for?

The Coop Eden Adjustable Pillow is for people who do not know exactly what loft they need, or who switch between sleeping positions. It sits in A tier as the runner-up on our pillows board, praised for adjustable fill that lets you fine-tune loft and firmness, long-term adjustability and a robust warranty. If you would rather have a fixed pillow that holds one shape for years, the Saatva Latex Pillow in S tier is the board's top pick. It is a better buy than its stablemate the Coop Cloud Pillow, which sits in D tier for offering less support.

### How do you adjust the Coop Eden Adjustable Pillow?

Unzip the outer cover and the inner liner, then remove or add handfuls of the shredded fill until the pillow sits at the height you want, and zip it back up. Start by removing a little at a time and test it lying in your usual position. Side sleepers usually keep most of the fill and stomach sleepers remove the most. Keep the spare fill in a bag so you can top the pillow back up later.

### How long does the Coop Eden Adjustable Pillow last?

Reviewers praise the Coop Eden Adjustable Pillow for excellent long-term adjustability, meaning the fill keeps its feel rather than clumping, and note a robust warranty behind it. An adjustable pillow also ages better than a fixed one because you can add fill as the original fill settles. Fluff it regularly to keep the loft even.

### Is the Coop Eden Adjustable Pillow good for side sleepers?

Yes, and it is the safest side-sleeper pick on our board. Side sleepers need a high, firm loft that fills the space between shoulder and head, and the Coop Eden Adjustable Pillow lets you keep enough fill to reach that height exactly. If the pillow ever feels too tall, remove a handful rather than living with it.

### How do you wash the Coop Eden Adjustable Pillow?

Check the care label. Shredded-fill pillows of this type can usually be machine washed on a gentle cycle with the fill inside the inner liner, then dried on low with dryer balls and fluffed until the fill is fully dry and evenly spread. Wash the outer cover separately. Use a pillow protector to reduce how often the whole pillow needs washing.

## What this tier means

- A: Excellent. Strongly recommended, beaten only by the very best.

## How to read this

- Each category is researched in four independent runs, one per lens (expert consensus, value, reliability, community pulse). Every run ranks a board of candidates that deliberately includes products buyers cross-shop but should avoid. Placements score on a ranked ladder (LP), and tiers are derived from LP, so no tier is ever assigned by hand.
- LP is this product's points on its own category ladder. It is comparable within a category and not across categories.
- Link status reports what our pre-publication link check found when it fetched the cited URL. It says nothing about the quality of the review.
- A citation with no usable link is listed rather than dropped, and is excluded from the counted total above.
