## Verdict

The brand's own marketing leans on a 2023 award while its current testing presence belongs to the Q2 line. Buying the C2 means buying the model the catalog moved past. Buy the Bob & Brad Ultra Mini 2.

## For

- Named Best Budget Massage Gun Overall in Verywell Fit's tested roundup
- Delivers near-flagship percussion performance
- Developed and tested by physical therapists
- Affordable alternative
- Noticeable benefits

## Against

- A legacy model whose marketing trades on an award dating to 2023
- Current testing directs budget buyers to the brand's newer Q2 models instead
- The model the brand's own catalog has moved past
- Noisy motor
- Weaker percussive force than Ultra Mini 2

## Flagged as one to avoid

This product entered 2 of 7 runs as one buyers cross-shop but should not buy, rather than as a pick. It is published here rather than dropped.

## What this tier means

- C: Fair. Acceptable in the right situation, outclassed at its price.

## How to read this

- Each category is researched in four independent runs, one per lens (expert consensus, value, reliability, community pulse). Every run ranks a board of candidates that deliberately includes products buyers cross-shop but should avoid. Placements score on a ranked ladder (LP), and tiers are derived from LP, so no tier is ever assigned by hand.
- LP is this product's points on its own category ladder. It is comparable within a category and not across categories.
- Link status reports what our pre-publication link check found when it fetched the cited URL. It says nothing about the quality of the review.
- A citation with no usable link is listed rather than dropped, and is excluded from the counted total above.
