## Verdict

The older CrossWave that still shows up in search results and cross-shopping lists. The current Bissell floor-washer consensus is the OmniForce, and the Roborock and Shark machines beat both on cleaning scores - no reason to buy the older sibling.

## For

- Dual-mode wet/dry plus mopping
- 2.5 HP motor adequate for light spills
- 3-year warranty on key parts
- Easy maintenance with detachable parts
- Good performance on light to moderate jobs

## Against

- Superseded within its own line by the newer CrossWave OmniForce
- Beaten on cleaning scores by the Roborock and Shark floor washers
- Older design that Bissell's own current wet/dry endorsement has moved past
- Lacks the lie-flat reach and heated self-cleaning dock features that define the current category bar
- Mediocre dry suction

## Flagged as one to avoid

This product entered 5 of 8 runs as one buyers cross-shop but should not buy, rather than as a pick. It is published here rather than dropped.

## What this tier means

- F: Avoid. The evidence points you elsewhere.

## How to read this

- Each category is researched in four independent runs, one per lens (expert consensus, value, reliability, community pulse). Every run ranks a board of candidates that deliberately includes products buyers cross-shop but should avoid. Placements score on a ranked ladder (LP), and tiers are derived from LP, so no tier is ever assigned by hand.
- LP is this product's points on its own category ladder. It is comparable within a category and not across categories.
- Link status reports what our pre-publication link check found when it fetched the cited URL. It says nothing about the quality of the review.
- A citation with no usable link is listed rather than dropped, and is excluded from the counted total above.
